Pete's life changed suddenly three years ago when his beloved wife, Maggie, passed away with meningitis.

His love of amateur dramatics has stayed with him, but he describes finding an additional purpose in life through supporting the invaluable work of two great charities, Meningitis Now and the Meningitis Research Foundation.
